13 of no account
(of no account (разг. no account))не имеющий ценности, веса, значения; не пользующийся авторитетом; ничтожный; см. тж. of much account и of small accountWe had not really captured the pirates; they had been handed over to the admiral by the Havana authorities - as an international courtesy, I suppose, or else because they were pirates of no account and short in funds... (J. Conrad, ‘Romance’, part II, ch.
Paul: "Are you laughing at me?" Julia: "Just a little." Paul: "I am sure you are right to laugh, but please don't, I feel small enough already, and cheap, of no account." (N. Coward, ‘Conversation Piece’, act III, sc.
Shall we wait for him? Time to me is of no account. (Gr. Greene, ‘The Power and the Glory’, part II, ch. II) —

15 apparent
•• Apparent manifest, palpable; seeming (The Pocket Oxford Dictionary).
Возьмем словарь Хорнби: apparent 1. clearly seen or understood: It was apparent to all of us... We all saw clearly...; as will soon become apparent, as you will soon see. 2. seeming; according to appearances: in spite of her apparent indifference, although she seemed to be indifferent. Кстати, часто помогают такие «указатели», как слово only: it is only apparent – так кажется лишь на первый взгляд.
The results of Nigeria’s foreign policies have been as mixed as the apparent motives.
Webster’s Third New International Dictionary: readily manifest to senses or mind as real or true and supported by credible evidence of genuine existence but possibly distinct from or contrary to reality or truth.
(Simon Winchester) The Professor and the Madman:
•• He replied to Minor with characteristic courtesy, saying that on the basis of his apparent qualifications, enthusiasm, and interest he should start reading immediately, going through any of the volumes he might already have...
Можно и так: on the basis of his apparent qualifications – судя по впечатлению, которое произвела его работа.
